Convention Centre Conference Photography

Thermo Fisher Scientific commissioned me to photograph their conference at the Convention Centre in Dublin. This convention centre is a place I always love working as a conference photographer. It was a place I love working in because it is such an incredible building.

As you can see, the convention centre provides great backdrops for my photographs. It has architectural innovations, a glass frontage and numerous curved walls.

The Convention Centre Dublin is a world-class conference venue in the heart of Dublin. Located just 15 minutes from the airport in Dublin’s Docklands, the finance and technology hub of the city.

The building is iconic for a number of architectural innovations, particularly the glass frontage and numerous curved walls. It was Irish-born American architect Kevin Roche who designed this. An interesting note is that it is the first carbon-neutral convention centre in the world.  The building can also hold up to 8,000 people.

Thermo Fisher Scientific found their photographs delightful. Such happy customers have always been one of the most rewarding parts of being a photographer. As a conference photographer, I have over 15 years of experience. With this experience, I pride myself on producing perfectly composed, natural and sophisticated conference photography.

My Photography Technique

I like to photograph a conference in a natural and unobtrusive way. This allows me to capture the atmosphere and everyone looking at their very best.

For the required, more posed pictures, I try to make as natural looking as possible also. I am very down to earth and friendly so people usually feel relaxed in my company.

Primarily I like to keep things simple and not make a fuss, which I find people really appreciate. This style especially suits people who do not like posing for photographs.
